Abstract:

Presented informatic system for registration (458 noticed phenomena) and prediction of potential water hazard in the salt mine Kłodawa exploring the Kłodawa salt diapir (Fig. 1), applying the simple, popular and the effective

software, enables:

— digital registration (a data base) of archive geological, mining, geodetic and other data (Figs 2–3) for further processing (e.g. activity diagrams of outflows) and interpretation,

— creation of 3D models, illustrating the water hazards distribution together with the components of mine infrastructure and the selected elements of the diapir geological structure (Figs 4–7).

Similar 3D and 4 D models both for the selected parts of the mine as well as for the whole salt diapir within the mining area are planned as a final effect of the system. Their interpretation will be very useful in (a) estimation the risk of occurrence the new and re-activity of the old water (also gas ones) phenomena and in (b) planning both the further economic and safety exploitation and the perspectives of future Kłodawa mine existence.
